   Our Services

Project Apōpō proudly operates three specialised service divisions, each designed to contribute positively to positive environmental, social, and cultural outcomes in New Zealand. Property Project Advisory Our property project advisory team performs critical tasks across three key areas: Business Case: The team crafts comprehensive business cases that articulate the value and rationale of proposed projects. This includes detailing project benefits over costs and justifying the project's necessity for strategic alignment and potential returns. Feasibility: In feasibility assessments, the team evaluates the practicality and financial viability of projects. This includes detailed cost estimations and analyses of project risks and opportunities, ensuring that every project is both achievable and strategically sound. Cost Management: The advisory team is integral in managing costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle. This involves initial cost planning, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments to ensure projects remain on budget and deliver maximum value. Property Project Management This service focuses on sustainable development and construction management. We employ environmentally responsible practices and culturally sensitive approaches to ensure that every project meets its intended purposes and contributes to the community's well-being and the preservation of our natural environment. Facilities and Asset Management Dedicated to sustainably extending the lifecycle of assets, this service incorporates eco-friendly management techniques that minimise environmental impact. Our approach enhances the environmental, social and cultural value of the buildings and facilities we manage. Each division upholds our commitment to excellence and responsibility, ensuring that every project and asset management initiative aligns with our sustainability and community enrichment core values.
